Vivian Munro, 70, a nurse at the University of Illinois Hospital, died Sunday in the hospital. She was assistant director of nursing resources and worked at the hospital for more than 40 years. Survivors include a sister and a brother. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Ewald Funeral Home, 2501 N. Southport Ave.
