Francis ”Frank” Clark, a retired electrical supervisor for the Chicago Transit Authority, died Tuesday in his home in Tinley Park. Mr. Clark was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Lois; a son, James; a daughter, Judith; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9:30 p.m. Friday in Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave., Orland Park. Mass will be said at 9:45 a.m. Saturday in St. Julie Catholic Church, 7399 W. 159th St., Tinley Park.
