How many people must be sacrificed on the liberal lobby`s altar of convenience? Those who oppose letting patients know if their doctors have AIDS claim this would be wasteful and unnecessary. They say there have been no documented cases of doctors passing on the virus to their patients, so there is no significant threat to people to justify testing and disclosure.

Significant? Who gave them the right to decide? These are the same people who a few years ago assured us our blood supply was completely safe, that doctors could not get the disease from their patients, and that anyone who thought otherwise was ”homophobic.” A few years ago, no one had caught AIDS from their dentist, either, but that`s little comfort to some people in Florida right now.
