Anna Counselbaum, 91, a homemaker who lived on the North Side, died Monday in Rush North Shore Medical Center, Skokie. She is survived by a son, Bertram; a daughter, Marilyn Suffrin; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapels, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
