Your front-page story on movie theaters adjacent to national parks (June 24) was interesting and well done, but it contained a serious error about The Wilderness Society.
We are not supporting a proposed parking garage in Yosemite National Park. The idea was thrown on the table by someone who attended our five-day workshop on how to solve Yosemite`s growing transportation problems. A California paper incorrectly reported that we were backing this idea and the error has taken on a life of its own. We just hope that reporters reading the Tribune don`t reproduce it.
