Edwin Dziubla, 69, a retired newsstand owner, died Saturday in Resurrection Hospital. Mr. Dziubla had owned and operated several newspaper stands in the downtown Chicago area, including one on Randolph Street near Michigan Avenue for many years. Mr. Dziubla, a longtime resident of the Far Northwest Side, was a member of the Park Ridge post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou; two daughters, Patricia Shaulis and Kathleen Alberti; two sons, Robert and James; two brothers; a sister; and 12 grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Eugene Catholic Church, 5220 N. Canfield Ave.
