Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

I have one question for Donna Cohen regarding her letter on July 1. Did you honestly feel that when you moved into Lake Point Tower five years ago that everything would remain the same forever? For God`s sake, the city sprouted from a desolate lakefront and rebounded from a great fire. My dear, it will never stop!

Every desirable neighborhood will keep packing them in and developing and redeveloping.

Navy Pier was a bustling development. It shall live again. As a matter of fact, it was there before you and Lake Point Tower. It should not come as news to you that you live in an area where people from the city and elsewhere enjoy going to for summer events and cruises.

If you want to preserve the ”human rights of area residents” and have a ”safe environment” for your home, move to the suburbs!
