Field`s taps No. 2 exec: Marshall Field & Co. hired a new top executive from Neiman Marcus, Daniel J. Skoda, as second-in-command for the 23-store Field`s chain. Skoda will report to Gary Witkin, president of Field`s, who is expected to be spending more time at parent Dayton Hudson Corp.`s Minneapolis headquarters.
