USAir Group Inc. said it will relax rules on its non-refundable and penalty-type discount tickets effective Aug. 5. The changes include allowing passengers who hold the discount tickets to change their dates of departure or return by paying a fee of up to $75. Tickets can be reissued on the date of departure. The new rules also allow canceling a flight without a doctor`s note, the company said.
