Your July 24 South Edition story on CWM Chemical Services` Chicago Incinerator indicates that company sources ”hinted” that court-ordered fire- fighting recommendations are ”excessive.” I spoke with the reporter and I disagree with such a characterization of my remarks.
CWM Chemical Services` management does not believe the recommendations to be excessive. We are in the process of implementing the recommendations of the state-retained consultants that will enhance safety at the facility.
