Jack E. Dwork, 90, a lawyer for nearly 60 years, died Wednesday in Swedish Covenant Hospital. Mr. Dwork, a North Side resident, was a former member of the law firm of Dwork and Epton, where his partner was Judge Saul A. Epton. He also served as a hearing officer for the state Civil Service Commission. He was a former president of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers, Medinah Temple of the Shrine and the Lawyers Shriners Club. Mr. Dwork is survived by his wife, Rose; a daughter, Sandra Arbit; a brother, two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services were held Friday.
