The City Council has authorized a $20,000 study to determine long-range parking needs along the riverfront, 3rd Street and State Street. The study, to be conducted by Teska & Associates of Evanston and Walker Engineering of Oak Brook, is expected to begin by Sept. 1 and to conclude within 90 days.
