A citizens environmental group called E-3 is holding a rally at 4 p.m. Sunday at the American Legion Hall in Wasco to protest dense residential development in Kane County`s rural townships.
Steve Adams, secretary-treasurer of E-3, said group leaders will discuss the impact of the 795-unit Fox Mill subdivision on St. Charles Community Unit School District 303.
A similar organization protesting a development in Batavia Township has been invited to address E-3.
