Your editorial ”Keep your shirts on, golfers” (Aug. 26) remarks: ”It does not occur to them that a government-run operation has a special obligation to respect the sentiment of the majority, or that there is such a thing as group decorum. They are not clear on the concept.”
What a remarkable statement! Please review your editorials on the matter of free expression vis-a-vis taxpayer-funded government assistance to various ”artists.” One of us is not ”clear on the concept”-or perhaps one of us just adjusts the concept to suit editorial content.
