Henry R. Swade, 77, retired owner of Henry Swade Plumbing, Inc. of Berwyn, died Wednesday in his home in Indian Head Park. Mr. Swade was past president of the Chicago Plumbing Contractors Association and director emeritus of the Civic Federal Savings Bank. Survivors include his wife, Vlasta; a son, Henry J.; a daughter, Barbara; two sisters; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Svec & Sons Funeral Home, 6227 W. Cermak Rd., Berwyn.
