Leo Lyman, 69, of Glenview, founder of Packaging Associates of Minnesota Inc., died Friday in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. Mr. Lyman founded Packaging Associates, a plastics company, in 1974. He was an Army Medical Corps veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Belle. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapel, 9200 Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
