Robert A. Windler, 78, died Tuesday in Savannah, Ga. A longtime Chicago resident, Mr. Windler was vice president for Diecrafters Inc., a die-cutting company in Cicero, from 1962 until his retirement in 1978. He also was a salesman and manager for Amlings Flowers. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; a son, Douglas; a brother; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday in Savannah.
