I was one of countless thousands who had the air let out of their travel plans when Midway Airlines folded its wings recently. And I am also one of those who is extremely grateful and thankful for what United Airlines did by allowing me to fly to and from my business meeting without having to purchase a ticket.
This was an incredibly generous goodwill gesture that I hope the former Midway Airlines supporters won`t forget next time we purchase airline tickets.
