Sol Kaufman, 70, of Northbrook, a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1978 to 1990, died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette; a son, Jeffrey; a daughter, Rosann Glantz; two brothers; and four grandchildren. Services were held Thursday.
