Louis Long, 73, formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday in Mt. Holly, N.J. Mr. Long was the owner of Victory Food Products of Chicago after World War II, and developed the butterscotch and hot fudge toppings for Evans Toppings in Chicago. Mr. Long is survived by a daughter, Diana; a granddaughter; and a brother. Services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday in Platt Memorial Chapels, 2001 Berlin Rd., Cherry Hill, N.J.
