I am lucky. I live in New Hampshire, the state of the nation`s first primary. Every four years, just about this time, the allegedly bankrupt federal government starts throwing money at us.
Why in the past few weeks alone was our inept Republican governor able to convert a $100 million-plus deficit into a sizable surplus thanks to Bush & Co.? We also got money for big Small Business Administration initiations, a new passport center with 500 new jobs, plus $6 million in construction, etc.
Is your city or state hitting the jackpot like New Hampshire or are you still laying off teachers, cutting essential services and running out of food at the soup kitchens? You must not have an early primary or a Republican governor. You must not be as worthy, as special, as we are in New Hampshire.
Does this make you mad? Did you always have the naive idea that your tax money should be used to care for America and all Americans, and not to support the campaigns of a bunch of self-centered, political prostitutes? Are you tired of being held hostage with your own money?
Then join me in `92 and send a loud and clear message. Vote both parties out of office and out of your pockets.
