Fifty-two percent of 524 American Management Association membership companies surveyed say they have dealt with sexual harassment allegations in the past five years, with nearly 60 percent of the cases leading to disciplinary action against offenders, including dismissal in 14 percent of that group. Eric Greenberg, survey director, says half the reported incidents came to the companies` attention through formal complaints. The association will hold a harassment claim seminar in Chicago
