George C. Lebbin, 70, of Brooksville, Fla., formerly of Arlington Heights, died Friday in Springhill, Fla. Mr. Lebbin was a retired sales manager for Gamma Photo Lab Co. in Chicago. He moved to Brooksville 5 1/2 years ago. Born in Chicago, Mr. Lebbin was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Josephine; two daughters, Karen Ann Spence and Christine Belle Wolters; and two grandsons. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony`s Catholic Church, Brooksville.
