Bernard Nathan Kahn, 71, died Dec. 24 in Las Vegas. Mr. Kahn was born in Chicago and graduated from Crane High School. In 1948, he moved to Long Beach, Calif., and entered the hotel business. In 1950, he settled in Las Vegas and worked in the gaming industry until his retirement in 1987. Mr. Kahn was a veteran of World War II and was awarded the Bronze Star. Survivors include two brothers and a sister. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose Ave.
