As the owners of property in Wisconsin, we were pleased to receive a note from Wisconsin Power & Light thanking us for the privilege of serving us and also including best wishes for the year. Their rates are extremely reasonable compared to Commonwealth Edison.
On the other hand, we received our greatly inflated bill from Commonwealth Edison with no ”thank you” included. Perhaps they feel that allowing us the use of their service (while charging us exorbitantly high prices) is sufficient.
