Julian Edward Cartwright, 79, an engineer for Commonwealth Edison Co. for 47 years, died Saturday in Pine Valley Manor, near Richland Center, Wis. Mr. Cartwright lived in Mt. Prospect before retiring and moving to Palm Bay, Fla., about 15 years ago. He moved to Wisconsin in March. Survivors include a son, Morgan; two daughters, Julienne Ripp and Roxanne Bay; seven grandchildren; and three sisters. Services are pending.
