– The final article in the series ”Aging on hold,” which appeared in the Dec. 15 Perspective section, misspelled the last name of Robert Binstock of Case Western Reserve University Medical School in Cleveland, an expert on public policy and aging.

– A story in the Jan. 19 Business section misidentified Peoria`s mayor. He is James A. Maloff.

– An article in some Jan. 19 Chicagoland editions stated that the Chicago Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights joined a coalition of lawyers groups and citizens organizations in court pleadings relating to the Chicago Police Board hearings of Cmdr. Jon Burge. In fact, the Lawyers Committee did not join the coalition, but represented it in court.

– A real estate transaction in some editions of the Jan. 17 Your Place section gave an incorrect address for a home purchased by Sean Barnawell and Lorraine Ford. The correct address is 3150 N. Lake Shore Drive (No.) 3F, Chicago. The incorrect information was provided by TRW REDI Property Data.
