Dennis H. Mahaney, 76, a retired national credit manager of Panasonic Corp., died Friday in Grant Hospital. Mr. Mahaney was formerly a national credit manager of Admiral Corp., Emerson Electric Co. and Warwick Co. He was also a member of the Midwest Regional Credit Managers Association. Mr. Mahaney served in World War II as a member of the Army Counterintelligence Corps. He graduated from De Paul University and John Marshall Law School. Survivors include his wife, Florence ”Loretta”; and four daughters, Denise, Nora, Karen Wierer and Cheryl Clark. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Ewald-Barlock Funeral Home, 2501 N. Southport Ave. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Vincent De Paul Church, 1010 W. Webster Ave.
