The pro-Israelis are getting restless. They have all come out of the woodwork to attack and gang up on John E. Woods for his letter (Voice, Dec. 12) in which he correctly stated that the Arab-Israeli Wars were started by Israel, and not by the Arabs, as the Israeli propaganda would have us believe. Mr. Woods certainly does not need anyone to defend him; the truth is his best defense. If those attacking him had done their homework, rather than rely solely and blindly on the Israeli propaganda, they would`ve found out that his statements are shared by United Nations, State Department and Pentagon officials, and even by some former Israeli chiefs of staff.
The days of Zionist tactics of distortion and intimidation are long over. The American people have seen the light and they can no longer be fooled by Israeli propaganda.
