Bolingbrook`s Village Board has rezoned a 31-acre parcel near Naperville Road and 115th Street to allow Oak Brook developer William Gahlberg to build a golf driving range and clubhouse.
Gahlberg, who owns 728 acres to be developed on the village`s west side, also received permission to subdivide a 27-acre parcel at Remington Boulevard and Naperville Road, site of what will become the world headquarters for International Imaging Electronics.
Subdivision of the property creates four lots. Gahlberg said he`s talking with Marriott about building a Courtyard hotel on one of the parcels.
