Carmen Taylor, 90, a former postal service employee, died Monday in MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn. Mr. Taylor worked as a carrier for the Postal Service for 32 years, retiring in 1961. Mr. Taylor was born in Chicago and lived on the South Side for most of his life. He moved to Oak Lawn 16 years ago. A lifelong baseball fan, he worked at Comiskey Park cleaning the stands when it first opened and attended the last game in the old stadium in 1990, family members said. Survivors include his wife, Anna; a daughter, Elaine Romoska; a son, Robert; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters; and three brothers. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Germaine Catholic Church, 4240 W. 98th St., Oak Lawn.
