In reference to Elmer Gertz`s denial of Jack Ruby`s involvement in a conspiracy to silence Lee Oswald (Voice, Jan. 21), I can only quote Mr. Gertz`s own statement: ”By the time I knew Ruby as his attorney he had developed paranoid qualities.”
