Q-I`m interested in collecting Dracula items, including toys, figures, books and movie memorabilia. How can I find such items, and are there any collectors I can contact?

Q-I have two fancy embroidered Western shirts that belonged to my husband, who worked for a rodeo. Would such shirts have any value?

A-If the shirts date from late `30s to the `50s, are of durable gabardine, have long sleeves, slash pockets, snap closures (sometimes of pearl), are decorated with piping, leather trim, colorful appliques or embroidered flowers, fruit or cowboy motifs, write to Susan Wunderlich (who`ll pay from $50 to $75 each for such shirts in fine condition, or considerably more if they belonged to a celebrity or movie star), in care of Mongerson Wunderlich Western, 701 N. According to the ”Official Identification and Price Guide to Posters,” by Tony Fusco (available for $14.95 postpaid from the House of Collectibles, 201 E. 50th St., New York, N.Y. 10022; phone 800-733-3000), a ”Hound of the Baskervilles” movie poster dated 1939 in fine condition described as ”a half-sheet with silhouette artwork from the Sherlock Holmes horror/adventure starring Basil Rathbone”

brought $3,750 at auction. Carefully check your poster for date, size and artwork, or send a photo of it to Kapson. A half-sheet movie poster measures 22 by 28 inches.
