Two programs are being offered to help women recognize and alleviate problems with self-esteem.
A 10-week self-esteem class offered by Southwest Women Working Together will begin at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at 6308 S. Kedzie St. Cost is $10 a session. To register call 312-436-0550.
Sherman Center for Women`s Health is offering a six-week program led by a therapist. The cost is $20 a session. The next Sherman classes will begin at 8 p.m. March 26 at the center, Illinois Highway 176 and Commerce Drive, Crystal Lake. For information call 815-455-9553.
