Having just left the hospital after a month and two operations on my brain and a tremendous bill, I still say let`s do not pass the Democrats ”pay or play” bill.
Why not? Because it will set up another government bureau. If there is anything we don`t need it`s another government bureau paying out salaries to monitor a health care system. Everything the Secretary of Health wrote in his Jan. 23 letter is true (”Beware `pay or play` health care plan”). The Democrats are so eager to get a health care bill out they don`t really care what it costs.
Congress has gotten us into this deficit and refuses to be realistic.
