Doris ”Dodge” Shatavsky, 59, a planning consultant for weddings, bar mitzvahs, conventions and trade shows, died Sunday of cancer at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. Born in Chicago, she formed the Windy City Whirlaround Co. in the 1970s. She is survived by a sister. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Weinstein Brothers Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette.
