Felix A. Guzik, 86, a longtime Chicago physical therapist for handicapped teenagers, died Tuesday at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park. Mr. Guzik began his career in 1928 at Kelly Junior High School, where he taught physical education, biology and science, and coached swimming and basketball, said his wife, Josephine. He received a master`s degree in education from De Paul University in 1941. He later taught at Spaulding High School for crippled children in Chicago. He retired in 1970. Besides his wife, Mr. Guzik is survived by a son, Philip; a daughter, Eileen Rozhon; two brothers; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Frank Becvar Funeral Home, 6541 S. Kedzie Ave. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Most Holy Redeemer Church in Evergreen Park.
