I read with interest the cover story in The Arts on Feb. 9, ”Frank Lloyd Wright: `Deity of design` ” by Paul Gapp. I was disappointed, how-ever, that Mr. Gapp not only transposed the first two names of my alma mater, but failed to note that Florida Southern College has the largest number of Wright-designed buildings on a single site, six in all.
Though the reader is given the impression that Mr. Gapp assesses Florida Southern College`s Wright-designed buil-dings as ”keenly disappointing,” I cannot help but wonder if the assessment was copied along with the misnaming without checking the source`s accuracy.
