Designer Paloma Picasso is expanding into the home with china, crystal and a collection of linens for Martex, available at Bloomingdale`s. Pablo`s daughter also has a line of decorative fabrics and wallcoverings on the drawing board.
Says Picasso in a New York magazine ad (that masquerades as an interview):
”I am giving my customers tools to play with, rather than dictating a total look. And, as I always say, there is a blond sleeping inside of me, and I design for her, too.”
