When I voted for Geraldine Ferraro for vice president back in 1984, I didn`t consider her husband, John Zaccaro, part of the deal. Over the years, I have voted several times for my neighbor, Dawn Clark Netsch, most recently for state comptroller. I don`t recall her equally talented husband, architect Walter Netsch, hogging the spotlight and giving his opinions as to how the government of the state of Illinois should be run. Hillary Clinton: please note.
