The case against two men accused of kidnapping and raping a 37-year-old Hoffman Estates woman was continued Monday to May 4.
Joseph A. Franco, 48, of Pompano Beach, Fla., and David Louren, 24, of Chicago have been charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated criminal sexual assault.
The two allegedly abducted the woman April 8 near Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg as she was walking home from the mall. Bonds for both men have been set at $1 million.
