The French government said last week it wants to scrap an agreement governing air travel between France and the U.S. after the two countries failed to settle a dispute over increases in summer flights. The move isn`t expected to affect flights immediately. . . . The South African government says it will relax its aviation policy, clearing the way for more flights to South Africa by more airlines.
