Five proud papas have been selected 1992 Chicago Fathers of the Year by the Chicago Father`s Day Council, a group which raises money for area charities. They are Sen. Paul Simon (D.-Ill.), restaurateur Richard Melman, DePaul Blue Demons basketball coach Joey Meyer, WLS-TV reporter Chuck Goudie and pro golfer Joe Jemsek.
