Restructuring possible: Borg-Warner Corp. has disclosed that it is reviewing ways to restructure the company, including sales of some of the Chicago-based auto-parts manufacturer`s assets. The company, which is profitable but saddled with a heavy debt load, said in its first-quarter financial report that it is ”currently in the process of evaluating a variety of restructuring strategies, including the possible separation of its existing businesses, debt refinancing and equity offerings.
