Alexander P. MacGregor, 85, a lawyer, died Wednesday in St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. Mr. MacGregor worked for Chicago Title and Trust Co. and retired in 1971 after 40 years of practice. He is survived by a son, Alexander. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 6559 N. Glenwood Ave.
