”Wayne`s World,” lest anyone start to forget while being dazzled by movie box office receipts, was and still is a regular attraction on the television show ”Saturday Night Live.” Just this week another spinoff from
”SNL” reached our desk. It is a small pocketbook, fewer than a hundred pages and called ”Deep Thoughts,” a collection of the silly ”thoughts”
spouted by Jack Handey that became a surprise ”SNL” hit during the 1990-91. If you are a fan, you`ll probably buy the book (Berkley, $6.95). If not, here are a couple ”Deep Thoughts”:
”If the Vikings were around today, they would probably be amazed at how much glow-in-the-dark stuff we have, and how much we take for granted.”
”It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.”
