The National Organization for Women will release on Friday a list of political candidates it endorses. NOW President Patricia Ireland calls 1992
”an unprecedented opportunity to elect women and supporters of women`s rights to office.” Also during NOW`s three-day national conference at the Chicago Hilton & Towers, the organization will outline a get-out-the-vote strategy, called ”Women for a Change,” to be run by its political action committee. NOW calls the campaign an effort to ensure that women`s voices are prominently heard in November.
