In an article on the Bosian War that appeared on Page One on June 22, Storer H. Rowley reports a massacre of a busload of Muslim prisoners by Serbian irregulars.
In the fourth paragraph he states that this story was related to him by a ”survivor” of the alleged massacre. But in the very next paragraph he states that there is no independent way to verify said massacre.
If there is no way to verify such a terrible story, why print it? As a native-born American of Serbian descent, I find it hard to believe how one-sided the reporting of this war is.
