Summer means it`s the judo season for Orland Park`s Kevin Singletary. Singletary, a distant relative of the Bears` Mike Singletary, took home a gold medal in the 175-pound scholastic men`s division.
A junior at Sandburg, he`s a national judo champion and leaves for the Junior Olympics next week in Kalamazoo.
