Dr. Charlotte H. Lee, 75, a Chicago-area physician for more than 40 years, died Tuesday in Sandalwood Healthcare Centre in Wheaton. Dr. Lee, a resident of Oak Park, served on the staff of the University of Chicago Hospitals. She also worked for the Chicago Board of Health. Survivors include three daughters, Chung, Lisa and Lillian; and two grandchildren. Services will be private.
